Send Messages from Notification Center with New Tweak

iOS 5’s Notification Center was built as a place for push notifications and weather updates, but with new jailbreak tweak WeeCompose, users can send emails and text messages from inside the new feature. The tweak is the latest in a large influx of add-ons that make Notification Center the place to be in jailbroken iPhone 4Ses.
“Originally designed by Apple to offer a new home for push notifications, email messages and anything else that pops up on-screen, Notification Center is also home to a Stocks and Weather widget as standard. The jailbreak community clearly thinks that’s a waste, and has set about releasing their own widgets at a rate of knots,” writes Oliver Haslam for iDownloadBlog. “The latest widget to catch our eye is WeeCompose – a handy widget that offers a quick way of sending new emails, iMessages and texts.”
WeeCompose currently costs $1.99 through the Cydia jailbreak store, but Haslam calls that “an absolute steal.” Since it relies on Notification Center, WeeCompose requires that users are running a jailbroken version of iOS 5, which is available as a free update from Apple.
“After everything is switched on, you’re faced with the new widget in all its glory, along with a handy character counter for those who aren’t using iMessage, and need to worry about how SMS messages will be received at the other end,” the writer continues.
